Assessment and Feasibility Study of Lemon Ripening Using X-ray Image of Information Visualization

Digital radiography (DR) is a mature technology and has been broadly used in medical diagnosis. Currently, it’s also for fruit quality inspection the market. This purpose of study to conduct non-destructive experiments visual comparisons digital images, further construct visualized grayscale image analysis technology, analyze changes lemon ripening using quantitative statistical methods. The materials were three lemons different ripening. A general X-ray DR system was this 2D radiography. images created based on Imaging Communications Medicine (DICOM) standard. Photometric interpretation monochrome applied create multi-layered images.
